Tomato pulp is Pomilia ingredient of many recipes. Obtained only from selected and selected tomatoes, shredded fresh immediately after harvest, dense and velvety, the tomato pulp Pomilia brings to the table the intense and tasty flavor of the freshly picked tomato. Free of seeds and skins, it is an excellent tomato pulp for pizza and focaccia, particularly indicated as the basis of many sauces that provide long or high temperature cooking.
