Leffe
Founded in 1152, Notre-Dame de Leffe is an abbey of premostratensist canons; these monks live faithful to the traditions of their small world, with a particular attention to welcome and hospitality.
The many pilgrims always found the door open in Leffe and in 1240, the monks decided to build a brewery to produce a healthy and refreshing drink.
