Cantina Moscone

Giving voice to the winemaking tradition and love for one's land.

In 1877, the Moscone family started their business as a producer in Monforte d'Alba, taking advantage of the excellent quality of the land and vines present in the Langhe area.

The Langhe offers a unique winegrowing landscape in the of its kind, characterized by hills and medieval villages, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014.

In the new cellar of La Morra, the Moscone family expresses itself, reaching the highest levels of quality and prestige.

The cellar produces various wines, we recommend: Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barolo and Barolo Bussia, the excellent Chardonnay and < b>Young Rebel Brut.

Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Moscone

Garnet red tending towards orange with ageing, intense and deep wine.

Nebbiolo d'Alba is a typical Piedmontese wine with strong flavors, sometimes sweet, velvety and full-bodied. The scent that distinguishes it recalls delicate floral notes such as rose and fruity ones such as cherry.

Ideal for pairings such as fresh pasta first courses, roasts, boiled meats and cheeses.

Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Moscone

Purple red with violet reflections, harmonious and intense.

A typical grape variety from Piedmont that offers slightly tannic and dry flavors with bitter almond endings.

Ideal to combine during a meal with sausages, red meats, cream of mushrooms. A convivial classic and traditional choice to share.

A wine produced from fine Nebbiolo grapes with an intense and particularly persistent aroma. Piedmontese excellence that over time is enriched with spicy notes and evolved nuances.

Intense, enveloping and lively ruby red.

Barbera d'Alba is a wine traditionally suitable for meals rich in flavours. Clear aromas of red fruit reminiscent of blackberry, cherry and strawberry.

Its full-bodied flavor attenuates the characteristic acidity typical of the grape.

Ideal to combine with medium-aged cheeses and red and white meats.

Roero Arneis DOCG Moscone

Roero Arnesi is a typical wine of the Roero area. Its sapidity is an unmistakable characteristic, pleasantly bitter with floral and fruity notes.

Ideal for combinations with recipes with refined flavors such as aged cheeses, meat and fish dishes.

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: notes of white flowers and chamomile, with hints of pear, honey and almond. Taste: fresh, mineral, savory and harmonious, with a herbaceous reminiscence and a pleasantly dry and almond finish.

Young Rebel Brut Cantina Moscone

“Giovane Ribelle” tells of an innovative bottle that finds its identity in the roots of a classic grape variety.

The result of grapes harvested prematurely "Giovane Ribelle" is a wine with surprising vivacity that reflects the nature of the latest generation ready to experiment with the new in the family tradition.

The graphic sign of the logo is the name of the wine itself. It is the starting point that encompasses all the meaning: a soft and circular shape, with a strong visual impact and easily recognizable. The stamp emphasizes the uniqueness of the product.

The idea of "rebellion" is already evident from the label, which does not follow the classic measures, but is also original and young in style.

Sirì Rosè Moscone

Intense claret pink colour. The nose releases the scent of flowers such as rose and violet and crunchy red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries. Medium bodied, soft and juicy. It stands out for its finesse and persistence.

Grapes: 70% Nebbiolo, 30% Barbera.

Barolo Bussia DOCG Moscone

Researched and elegant wine, for true connoisseurs.

It comes from vines of a particularly suitable and prestigious area of the Langhe, between Monforte d'Alba and Barolo.

Garnet red with orange reflections. Intense aroma of red fruit jam and berries, floral aromas of dried rose and violet, followed by more complex hints of spices, licorice, leather and undergrowth. Enveloping, elegant flavour. Long persistence in drinking, thanks to the smooth and harmonious tannins. The alcohol content is well balanced by a surprising freshness, an indication of its great aging capacity.
