Vermut is an aromatized wine ideal for the preparation of cocktails or smooth as an aperitif.

Vermouth is mainly drunk as an aperitif and enters the composition of many cockatails, among which famous are MARTINI, Manhattan and Negroni, but it can also be used to cook meats. Various types of vermouth are created that are generally distinguished by color (red, white and rosé) and by taste (sweet, dry, extra dry and bent).

It originates from a selection of Pinot Grigio Doc Venezia, among the most representative wines of a particularly suitable territory. It owes its unmistakable character to a natural extract, the result of an original and secret recipe, which involves the use of over 30 herbs, flowers and spices (such as elderberry, Roman wormwood, ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, major galangal, bitter orange peel, etc.). From the combination of a wine of great personality with an extract with multiple sensory nuances, a product with a unique character and a full, rich and definitive taste, a synthesis of creativity, innovation and wine making tradition that unite Veneto with Piedmont, comes to life.

Vermouth di Torino Rosso Del Professore

The red embodies the genuine Piedmontese tradition and comes from a base of carefully selected wines.

The right refinement, for a variable period of time according to the seasons, ensures that the flavors come together harmoniously to achieve an unmistakable aroma.

The warm and enveloping scent of woods, balsamic and mentholated, recalls pharmaceutical blends of the past and is characterized by hints of absinthe, bitter orange, alpine mint, cloves, and other spices.

It has a full and soft taste and gives a pleasantly bitter and round finish, of rhubarb and gentian.

The traditional Piedmontese aperitif par excellence.

Our first love. The MARTINI®, born from the olfactory talent of Luigi Rossi. From those sunny days of 1863, a selected range of Piedmontese aromatic herbs makes up its soul, while natural caramel gives it the typical brown red color. An Icon of Italian style.

MARTINI®'s secret recipe is a symphony of aromatic herbs that tell of native lands and distant land. Artemisia is a fundamental ingredient, which is still collected a few kilometers from the historic headquarters of Pessione.p>
