Below you will find all the details to support you in choosing the payment method you prefer. Consider that each payment method has different times and your order is prepared only when we receive the credit of your payment on our account.

CREDIT CARD

Payplug is the payment platform we have selected for managing credit card payments. You will need to select "Pay by credit card" on the checkout page, enter your card details and click on "confirm order".

You can use the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro.

Purchases are protected by the 3D Secure system, therefore it is necessary to enter a specific code that is requested at the time of finalizing the purchase. Ask your bank for more information.

You can also take advantage of the data saving function of your card, to make your future purchases even faster and more immediate.

The credit is done instantly, and your order can be immediately prepared for shipment.

PAYPAL

Gecoshop uses the PAYPAL platform for your payments.

After confirming the details of your order, by selecting this payment system, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform. Enter your Paypal account credentials and complete the payment.

In this case, our account is credited in real time and your order can be immediately prepared for shipment.

ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER

By selecting "Bank transfer" on the checkout page and clicking on "Confirm order", your order will be immediately confirmed, but it will remain "Pending payment".

In order to receive the ordered goods, you will have to make the payment of the amount due within 5 days of order confirmation, by bank transfer. In the purpose of the transfer, remember to always indicate your order number and the customer's full name, as reported in the order.

It takes 2 to 4 working days to view the credit on our current account and then to ship the ordered products.

The transfer must be made by a bank in the country where the order is invoiced.

The transfer must be made within five (5) working days from the order confirmation that Gecoshop.com will send you. If, after this deadline, the amount is not received, the order will be canceled.

The ordered goods will be sent only after receipt of payment.

RECHARGE YOUR POSTEPAY

By selecting "Recharge Postepay" on the checkout page and clicking on "Confirm order", your order will be immediately confirmed, but it will remain "Pending payment".

In order to receive the ordered goods, you will have to make the payment of the amount due within 5 days of order confirmation, by recharging our Postepay card. Remember to always indicate your order number and the customer's full name in the reason for the top-up, as reported in the order.

How to top up a Postepay card:

  • At the post office: with cash payment, with another Postepay card, with a Postamat Maestro card or with an enabled Bancoposta card.
  • At the Postamat ATMs.
  • Home.
  • From Poste Italiane website: From Poste.it and postepay.it
  • Postepay APP
  • Bancoposta APP
  • At Tobacconists and PuntoLis points: You must have a valid identity document and a tax code card.
  • BPM Online Accounts.

Once the top-up has been completed, our card will be credited within a few minutes and then we will be ready to ship the ordered products.

The recharge must be made within five (5) working days from the Order Confirmation that Gecoshop.com will send you. If, after this deadline, the amount is not received, the order will be canceled.
