Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.

This grappa is aged for about 12 months in barriques, where it acquires the hints of vanilla and the characteristic amber color.
The Sandro BOTTEGA Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special wood smoking process. The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine you get fragrant pomace that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro BOTTEGA.
