Gecoshop orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
WITH WHICH COURIER IS MY PARCEL SHIPPED?
We deliver to almost all countries in the world by express courier:
- SDA (Italy only);
- Crono Express by Poste Italiane (Italy, smaller islands and + 200 countries in the world);
- GLS (Italy and Europe);
- FERCAM (Italy);
- Our courier (Viterbo, the province of Viterbo, North Rome and some areas of the province of Rome);
You can choose directly in the checkout with which of the proposed couriers you wish to receive your order.
NB Some areas are considered by couriers as disadvantaged and peripheral areas, not all couriers are available for some locations, for example: Livigno, trepalle, champion of Italy, the Venice lagoon and the smaller islands.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery of the goods will take place, only on working days, within 24/48 hours for Italy and 72h/+ for Europe and World.
For some destinations, however, the times may be longer. < / p>
Usually the shipment takes place within 24 hours from the verification of the payment.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipment for Italy is divided as follows:
- purchase of goods up to € 300.00 - cost starting from € 5.89.
- Purchase of goods at starting from € 300.00 - free delivery.
Shipping is also free in the following ways:
- adding to the cart products marked with the "free shipping" sticker;
For customers in European and non-European countries, to know the real shipping rate it is necessary to specify a delivery address.
CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT STATUS?
Yes, from the moment our couriers have taken charge of your order, you will receive an automatic email, within the aforementioned email you will find your TRACKING NUMBER and a reference link from which you can follow, directly on the site courier official, every move of your order.
We remind you that the link will be valid only from 00:00 the day after receiving the email.
You will find the tracking queues also by accessing your customer area, in the order history.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A SHIPPING ABROAD?
Yes, it is possible. We currently ship to over 200 countries
CAN THE BILLING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, when placing an order you can choose a delivery address other than your billing address.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN SHIPPING IS IN PROGRESS?
Yes, but it depends on the courier. Please contact us, we will take care of making the change.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO AGREE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE FOR THE ORDER?
This option is not currently available. We remind you that couriers deliver from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, excluding holidays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
With SDA: the courier attempted delivery twice. Each time it will leave you the delivery attempt slip, which indicates the reference branch that is in charge of your package. You can go and collect it directly from the same or contact the SDA toll-free number 800336622 to have your package returned.
With GLS: you will receive an email after the first empty passage and you will have 5 days to respond and choose between different return or collection options at GLS.
WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?
All orders shipped from our warehouses are perfectly packaged and sealed, so that the package is protected from accidental opening. If at the time of delivery you notice that the packaging is damaged, the box is damaged or shows evident signs of opening or tampering, it is your right to report it to the courier and possibly accept the goods "subject to verification". If this situation arises, contact Gecoshop Customer Service within 8 days of receiving the package, we will assess any damage and agree what to do.
