Shipping methods and rates

We ship exclusively by express courier:

- SDA (Italy only) - Delivery times 1 - 3 days depending on location.< /p>

- Crono Express of Poste Italiane (Italy, smaller islands);

- GLS (Italy and Europe);

- Bartolini BRT (Italy and Europe) Euroexpress specialized in sending heavy goods on pallets.

- FERCAM (Italy) specialized in bulky deliveries;

- DHL (Europe and Extra Europe)

- FedEx > (Europe and Extra Europe)

- UPS (Europe and Extra Europe)

- Couriers Gecoshop. Our vehicles for Viterbo, the province of Viterbo, northern Rome and some areas in the province of Rome.

You can choose directly in the checkout with which of the proposed couriers you wish to receive your order . The free shipments, if voluminous, will always be entrusted to the Fercam courier.

For shipments free if large the goods will be delivered exclusively by the FERCAM courier, the delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days according to the areas. Free shipping is a promotion reserved for the Italian territory and is temporary, may not be expressed, and is automatically offered in the following ways:

1) If the amount of your purchase order is greater than €69* and the total weight of the products purchased is less than 3 kg and the volume of the package remains less than 10,000 cubic cm, you are entitled to free shipping.< /p>

You can also find the tracking code by accessing your customer area, in the order history, if you have chosen the GLS, SDA and POSTE ITALIANE couriers.

The BARTOLINI courier independently manages the tracking of shipments.

Yes, it is possible. We currently ship to over 200 countries, but do not serve the following countries:

UK, Finland, Russia, some islands and some Central African states.

This option is not currently available for all couriers. We remind you that the couriers deliver from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, excluding holidays.

Bartolini will send the customer an SMS and an email with the possibility of choosing a convenient date and time for delivery.

With SDA: the courier will attempt delivery twice. Each time, you will be left with the attempted delivery slip, which indicates the reference branch that is in charge of your package. You can go and collect it directly from the same or contact the SDA toll-free number 800336622  to have your package redelivered.

With GLS: you will receive an email after the first empty passage and you will have 5 days to reply and choose between different delivery or collection options at GLS headquarters.

With Bartolini: you will receive an email after the first empty passage and you will have 5 days to respond and choose between different delivery options or pick up on site.

All orders shipped from our warehouses are perfectly packed and sealed, so that the package is protected from accidental opening. If upon delivery you notice that the packaging is damaged, the box is damaged or shows obvious signs of opening or tampering, it is your right to report this to the courier and eventually accept the goods "subject to verification". If this situation occurs, contact Gecoshop Customer Service within 8 days of receiving the package, we will evaluate any damage and agree on what to do.
