Spicy fig gel
Gel made with an infusion of figs and chilli in sugar syrup. With a sweet and sour taste, it is a fun topping to give nuances of taste to cheeses, tartare, boiled meats, grilled meat or fish, gourmet burgers, sushi and sashimi, salads and cooked vegetables, fries, toasted bread, yogurt and ice cream and .. . any dish or dish suggested by the imagination.
