pallini s.p.a. has been a producer of liqueurs and syrups since 1875, with a production history rooted in the territory. Founded in 1875 in Antrodoco by Nicola Pallini, in 1917 the company, until then essentially artisanal, moved to Rome, where the first distillery is opened, and begins to establish itself above all for the production of anise-based liqueurs. In the 1960s Virgilio junior, born in 1935, still president of the company of which his daughter Micaela is CEO, in 1968, realized that the Roman Sambuca had great potential, thus starting the export to foreign markets, favoring in particular the United States. Today the company is a leader in Italy in the production of aniseed liqueurs, also developing products such as Limoncello, established in more than 40 countries and market leader in the Duty Free segment in the limoncelli category. The company has won numerous awards and awards in international competitions.
