G'vine Gin de france floraison

The uniqueness of G'Vine comes from the vine.

Unlike most gins, G'Vine is distilled from grapes, not wheat, and infused with the flowers of the vine.

Similar to tasting a refined wine, the French artisanal G'Vine spirit offers a fresh and floral taste, but pleasantly round and soft. Light in body and rich in flavor, the bold botanical aromas help to enclose the essence of spring in the vineyards with every sip.

The story begins every June when the flowers of the vine appear and seem to have vanished in the blink of an eye.

Within a fleeting five-day period, each grape flower must be delicately hand-picked, capturing their precious aroma that won't be fully revealed until the distillation process. Vine flowers are selected, discarding all flowers that do not meet the highest standards. Then the selection is enclosed in a muslin bag and immersed in grape brandy to macerate for several days.

All the ingredients that enter the composition of GENEROUS are natural: Juniper, citrus, mandarin, red pepper, jasmine and elderflower.

Some are produced by maceration, others by distillation, using only traditional methods.

This naturalness is clearly perceived on tasting: the style is clear, the flavors are precise and well harmonized.
