Grappa di prosecco Alexander

Grappa is a grape marc spirit and is obtained by distilling the fermented grape skins that derive from the production of wine. It is the oldest and most traditional distillate in northern Italy and owes its name to the "graspo" , the dialect term for the "cluster". The result of man's ingenuity and passion, it is the result of wisdom and peasant experience capable of transforming a solid raw material into a transparent and crystalline liquid rich in multiple organoleptic sensations.

Grappa di chardonnay Alexander

Chardonnay Alexander Grappa comes from the tender and golden yellow skins of chardonnay grapes, an essential ingredient in the vinification of fine sparkling wines. It is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie. This gives a Grappa that keeps intact the aromatic profile of the starting vine and that stands out, in particular, for the delicate sensations both floral and fruity.

Grappa Alex Alexander 300cl

Young grappa

Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.
