Vermouth

Vermut is an aromatized wine ideal for the preparation of cocktails or smooth as an aperitif.

Vermouth is mainly drunk as an aperitif and enters the composition of many cockatails, among which famous are MARTINI, Manhattan and Negroni, but it can also be used to cook meats. Various types of vermouth are created that are generally distinguished by color (red, white and rosé) and by taste (sweet, dry, extra dry and bent).
