Doc Venezia is a recent designation of origin. The relevant specification was published on 7 January 2011 and subsequently amended on 30 November of the same year.

THE WINE OF POETS

Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine produced with Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, the land of choice for this vine located in the north-eastern area of Italy. This type of grapes is cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques and has maintained over the years its quality and its typicality that characterizes Prosecco wine, the best known and best-selling Italian sparkling wine in the world.

Poeti Prosecco DOCG extra dry Valdobbiadene Superiore

Vino dei Poeti Valdobbiadene Superiore is a Prosecco DOCG obtained from the white vinification of grapes grown in the hills of the province of Treviso, between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Conegliano Valdobbiadene was recognized as DOCG in 2009 and represents the qualitative excellence of Prosecco.

Opera brut classic method sparkling wine

The fragrance.

Color that denotes liveliness and youth, with a pleasantly minute effervescence.

On the nose it opens with floral freshness, crunchy fruit and floury pulp, Granny Smith apple and pear nectar, a slight balsamic touch of mountain meadow, medicinal herbs, basil and marjoram, delicate hints of nuts, fresh almond.< /p>

On the palate it expresses excellent salinity, the sip is quick and slender, the pleasant, continuous, tickling effervescence enhances freshness and the almond finish, of good length with a honey and fruit memory already perceived on the nose.</p >

Vine varieties used: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc.

Selection of the grapes: in the vineyard with manual harvesting in boxes of a maximum of 18 kg, grapes from the Franciacorta vineyards.

Vinification: in white in a pneumatic press with soft pressing of the grapes and use of the second fraction of all our vineyards. After static and physical separation from the impurities of the must at low temperatures, the inoculation of selected yeasts for fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by racking and lowering of the temperature to around 10°C to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once the "draught syrup" has been added, it is bottled, capped with a crown cap and laid down in a stack for the second fermentation.

Bottle refinement: 18 months.

Spumante Opera rosé brut classic method

The confection.

Soft pink, nuanced, blush, lively and continuous effervescence.

Fresh nose, with great fruity complexity, pomegranate, freshly picked cherry, blood orange, peach blossom; blends fruit notes that are both tangy and sweet; closes with rose, talc and woody essence.

The impact on the palate is rather enveloping, the dry glaze is delicate, linked to the presence of black berried grapes in maceration, the juicy and citrus expressiveness returns overbearingly, the closure is, however, creamy, with sweet memories, sugared almonds, of good length.

The Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Rosé DOC is a Brut sparkling wine that originates from grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area, cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques and which have maintained their quality and typicality unchanged over the years. The Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Rosé is obtained from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir.

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

Glass colour: the color of the bottle varies based on availability between transparent and brown.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC

Ruby red with brilliant violet hues, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is recognized by its broad aromas of red fruit and fine spicy notes. It has a good structure, is soft, balanced and has good persistence.

Grapes: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 90% – Sangiovese 10%.

White Moscato is an aromatic vine whose name derives from "muscum" (musk). It was the Greeks who cultivated these grapes and also exported them to the colonies of Magna Graecia located in Southern Italy. The spread of this vine to the north occurred in the Middle Ages mainly thanks to the Venetians and their trade with the Mediterranean islands.
