BOTTEGA Rose Gold is a Brut sparkling wine obtained from the rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes.

Color and Appearance

Bright, soft pink color, fine and persistent perlage.

Smell

Intense, complex, elegant, characterized by floral scents and dominated by fruity notes, among which the berries stand out, in particular currants and wild strawberries.

Taste

Fresh, delicate, velvety and of excellent structure; body marked and in balance with acidity, has a good retro olfactory persistence.

Service temperature

4-5 °C

Combinations

Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal, it goes particularly well with vegetarian and fish dishes (sushi, shellfish and crudité) but also with white meats and cheeses of all kinds. Pleasant, finally, as after dinner.

Una meraviglia, arrivate in pochissimi giorni confezionate perfettamente una a una. Gusto fresco e delicato una delizia per il palato. Io le ho utilizzate come bomboniere per il mio compleanno. Consiglio l'acquisto ma soprattutto consiglio il sito. Prezzi ottimi e tanta qualità.
