Bulldog London Dry Gin

Sophisticated and complex, it is the product of four distillations,carried out following the traditional method of discontinuous copper still, and is purified by three filtering cycles,to best enhance its aromatic characteristics. Innovative in aromas, it is by far the first Gin to combine exotic ingredients, such as poppy seeds, dragon's eye (a Chinese fruit similar to lychees) and lotus leaves, as well as other botanicals, more classic, including juniper, almonds and lemon. A new taste and everything different, to be savored at best as a basis for numerous cocktails, to which it will give a particular tropical taste.

Vecchia Romagna Brandy

It was 1820 when the Giovanni Buton Distillery was born in Bologna, from an idea of the Buton family, former producer of Cognac in the area French of Charent. The vine chosen for brandy's production was immediately the Trebbiano Bianco and, after numerous attempts, in 1939 saw the light "VECCHIA ROMAGNA", one of the historic distillates of our country, a crucial brand, presented to the public in the unmistakable triangular bottle that still distinguishes it today. The evolution of a great classic is the "Etichetta Nera" version, distilled from the finest grapes and with aging for a long time in oak barrels, known and appreciated all over the world for its fine quality and for its all-Italian taste.

ALEXANDER COLORS AQUA DI VITA VODKA LEMON

Alexander Vodka is produced from the fermentation of an infusion of sugars from pure wheat alone, a noble raw material that allows to obtain a distillate of character. Distillation methods can also lead to very different quality levels. Alexander Vodka is obtained through five distillation stages by means of which it is possible to extract the aromatic characteristics from the raw material, thus producing a rich and complex distillate. Finally, the addition of pure alpine water enriches it while filtration allows the elimination of impurities that could alter the organoleptic profile.

Amaro Black Bitter Orange Valle del Marta

A liqueur prepared with the cold hydroalcoholic infusion of herbs and roots grown and harvested in the valley of the Marta river, in Tarquinia.

The citrus fruit is given by the infusion of the peel (only the orange part) of the "merangola or merangolo" an orange typical of the Italian peasant tradition.

In the town of Tarquinia there are traces of this shrub as early as 1300, where farmers used the juice of the fruit to flavor the bruschetta, or the zest to perfume some types of vegetables during cooking.

Description: Visually, the bitter has a color ranging from burnt amber to black coffee, against the light with amaranth streaks. The scent of citrus prevails, leaving only little room for the spicy and herbaceous notes that characterize a bitter. The flavor is complex, enveloping, pleasant, rich in flavor .

To go on stage is a work composed of 9 bonatics of value that, together, perform delighting the palate with grace and elegance to offer an intense experience of pleasure.

The predominant notes are those of the juniper. The nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin skins refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance.

The aroma of india fig flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste.

The woody essence is donated by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut.

Roby Marton Gin Ginger

Artisan Gin produced with the cold infusion method from a selection of the best raw materials and subjected to two stages of distillation.

After the first phase, a part of the distillate is placed inside steel barrels where it will face the final finish through a cold infusion process with ginger and a part with juniper berries .

Ginger gives the gin a strong and defined scent .

Complex and dry gin, with a marked hint of juniper and ginger, followed by more delicate balsamic notes.

The GIN FIRST:

Gin Primo was born in Romagna from an alcoholic and loving project by Federico Lugaresi.

The need and desire to transform the scents and flavors of his land into liquid form, especially "ginosa", with a pinch of originality becomes stronger over time, until, one beautiful autumn day in 2015 A.D Thanks also to the help of his friend and fraternal adviser Gianluca, Primo's study begins.

Uniqueness, in addition to the concept of territoriality and craftsmanship, had to be an essential feature. Thus was born the inspiration to use the taste of the sea as an innovative "Botany", with its unmistakable element ....... the salt.

As in the kitchen, salt enhances everything that accompanies it, so in Gin Primo it enhances all the aromatic plants, giving it incredible versatility in mixing and a unique and unmistakable elegance in purity.

In September 2016 (also AD) after about a year of alchemical work, "Primo" comes to light, without a caesarean, with a natural birth and as a good Romagna, immediately demonstrates a strong and sincere character.
