Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine produced with Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, the land of choice for this vine located in the north-eastern area of Italy. This type of grape is grown according to classic and traditional techniques and has maintained its quality and typicality unchanged over the years, which characterize Prosecco wine, the best known and best-selling Italian sparkling wine in the world.

Nao Nis Prosecco DOC Brut

Excellent as an aperitif, particularly suitable with fish dishes.

The wine is obtained from grapes from our best vineyards whose selection takes place in compliance with precise rules and is the result of the careful work of a country technician. The base wine, with the addition of selected yeasts and sugar, is refermented in an autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the stabilization and filtration processes follow. The wine obtained is bottled with modern technologies.

COLOR: straw yellow with greenish reflections.

BOUQUET: intense, complex, fine, fruity.

TASTE: pleasant, fresh and fragrant.

PERLAGE: fine and persistent.

The Spritz is a traditional Italian cocktail with a long history, linked to the Habsburg domination in the Lombardy-Veneto Kingdom. To create the Lemon Spritz we were inspired by our Bottega Spritz, a cocktail based on sparkling wine, Limoncino - our lemon liqueur - and mint leaves. The Lemon Spritz is a ready-to-drink cocktail with a low alcohol content, with a pleasantly refreshing taste that makes it a new and interesting version of the classic Spritz.

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The grapes give aromatic aromas of acacia and wisteria flowers in harmonious combination with the delicate honey flavor.

The products of the Mionetto Spago line evoke the past of a wine that is the result of a long history, witness of a centuries-old tradition: manual twine tying. Ancient technique used by winemakers to prevent bottles from uncorking during natural fermentation. Re-proposed to the market by Mionetto in 1961, the binding is still made by hand today.

Cuvée Blanc - Extra Dry white sparkling wine

Straw yellow color, intense and elegant floral aromas with hints of rose and licorice. The bouquet is completed by hints of acacia, honey, pear and apricot. Velvety on the palate with a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
