Brut Millesimato Bottega sparkling wine

Bottega Millesimato Brut presents the charm and personality typical of sparkling wines, wines obtained with a particular and complex winemaking technique that leads to the formation of bubbles and the related perlage. The presence of bubbles, in addition to stimulating the taste buds by increasing the perception of flavours, makes sparkling wines versatile and easy to match.

THE VINO OF THE POETS

The Vino dei Poeti Venezia DOC is a sparkling wine of great personality that contains the characteristics of elegance, delicacy and freshness, typical of the territory between the provinces of Treviso and Venice. The DOC Venezia is a name of recent origin. The relative disciplinary was published on 7 January 2011 and subsequently amended on 30 November of the same year.

Poeti Prosecco DOC sparkling wine brut Bottega

THE VINO OF THE POETS - Ideal for wedding favors and placeholders.

The Wine of Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine produced with Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, a land of choice for this vine located in the north-eastern area of Italy. This type of grapes is cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques and has maintained in the years unchanged its quality and its typicality that characterizes the Prosecco wine, the most famous Italian sparkling wine and best sold in the world.

Poeti Prosecco DOCG extra dry Valdobbiadene Superiore

The Wine of Poeti Valdobbiadene Superiore is a Prosecco DOCG obtained from the white wine making of the grapes grown in the hillside of the province of Treviso, between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Conegliano Valdobbiadene was recognized DOCG in 2009 and represents the quality excellence of Prosecco.

Acid g/l: 5,00-6,50

Spumante Opera brut classic method

The fragrance.

Color that denotes vivacity and youth, with pleasantly minute effervescence.

The smell opens with floral freshness, crisp fruit and flourishing pulp, Granny Smith apple and pear nectar, light balsamic touch of lawn, medicinal herbs, basil and marjoram, delicate scents of shell fruit, fresh almond.

On the palate expresses excellent salinity, the sip is fast and slender, the pleasant effervescence, continuous, tickling, exalts freshness and the ammandorlato finish, of good length with myelous memory and of the fruit already perceived to the smell.

Screws used: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc.

Selection of grapes: in the vineyard with manual collection in boxes of maximum 18 kg, grapes of the vineyards of Franciacorta.

Vinification: white in pneumatic press with soft pressing of the grapes and use of the second fraction of all our vineyards. After static and physical separation from the impurities of the must at low temperatures, the inoculation of yeasts selected for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It follows the travase and lowering of the temperature at about 10°C to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once added the “drawing syrup”, it is bottled, stopped with the crown cap and coricated in the catasta for the grip of foam.

Bottle sharpening: 18 months.

Spumante Opera rosè brut classic method

The confettp.

Colour soft pink, shaded, powder, lively and continuous effervescence.

Fresh nose, with great fruity complexity, pomegranate, freshly picked cherry, blood orange, peach flowers; mix the notes of fruits that are both sour and sweet; closes with pink, talc and woody essence.

The impact on the palate is quite enveloping, delicate the dry veiling, linked to the presence of the black berry grapes in maceration, the juicy and citrus expressiveness returns bullying, the closure is, instead, creamy, with sweet, confectious memories, of good length.

Prosecco Rosé DOC sparkling wine Brut

The Wine of Poeti Prosecco Rosé DOC is a Brut sparkling wine that originates from grapes grown in the area of Prosecco DOC, cultivated according to classical and traditional techniques and that have maintained their quality and typicality over the years. The Wine of Poeti Prosecco Rosé is obtained from a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero.

Alcohol content: 11.5 % vol.

Glass color: the color of the bottle varies according to the availability between transparent and brown.

Format: 20 cl bottle in glass.

Cuvée Sergio 1887
