Gecoshop is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers.
We hope you're always happy with purchases made on Gecoshop.com, but if you change your mind here we explain what you can do to return an item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the item to the seller without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from delivery (or delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).
ARTICLES EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be exercised in relation to any product purchased on Gecoshop.com, with the exception of:
Custom-made or clearly customized items, or that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
Sealed items that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inextbly mixed with other goods. (Open packages are not accepted.)
Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can take place only after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Gecoshop.
TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer must return the product, intact and complete with his original box at the following address:

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you purchase as a "consumer" and withdraw within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item.
The costs of the gift box and other services associated with your order will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear and tear resulting from a manipulation not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, the seller may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
We remind you that in case of withdrawal the costs for the return of the item (e.g. shipping and packaging) are at your expense.
