We hope you are always satisfied with the purchases made on Gecoshop.com, but if you change your mind here, we explain what you can do to return an article.
RECESS LAW
If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, that is to decide to return the item to the seller without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from the delivery (or the delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).
ARTICLES EXCLUSIVE FROM THE RIGHT OF RECESS
The right of withdrawal may be exercised in relation to any product purchased on Gecoshop.com,except for:
Customized or clearly custom-made items, or which risk deteriorating or expiring quickly.
Sealed items that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which were opened after delivery or in case of products resulting, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods. (We do not accept open packaging).
Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only take place after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Gecoshop.
TO EXAGGERATE THE RIGHT OF RECESS
The customer must return the product, intact and complete of its original box to the following address:

REIMBURSEMENT IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you purchase as a "consumer" and cancel within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item.
The expenses of the gift box and other services associated with your order will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.

If the returned items have damage or wear marks resulting from unnecessarily manipulated handling to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same items, the seller may retain from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
We remind you that in case of withdrawal the costs for the return of the item (e.g. shipping and packing) are at your expense.
