Red tea from South Africa with small pieces of pineapple and ginger.
It is obtained from the processing of leaves and twigs of a legume shrub that grows in the plateau near Cape Town. The fermentation process gives the drink its characteristic red color. Pineapple and ginger add a very aromatic exotic taste. It does not contain caffeine.
