Liqueur that combines the intense scent of coffee with the delicate elegance of the milk flavor in perfect balance with each other. It starts from a carefully selected blend of coffee beans. The grains are crushed and soaked in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days during which they are mixed at least 4 times a day. Filtration, stabilization is then carried out and a coffee tincture is obtained, which is mixed with a sweet and velvety cream of milk. The addition of grappa gives this Latte Macchiato a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.
