Primo Africa is a hot, spicy gin that roars and burns like the sun of this land. At the base of our beloved and unmistakable juniper we added 8 other botanicals by infusion and then distillation, all enhanced by the salt pearls of Namibia.

Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections reminiscent of tea in the African desert.

Taste: Spicy with a beautiful balsamic overture that quickly turns to sweet and fragrant notes of vanilla and ylang-ylang, crossed by bitter and spicy sharps of pepper, turmeric and mango to close on cocoa bean flats.

Grape brandy is obtained by distilling the fermented must in the presence of the skins, for which both the solid part and the liquid part of the grapes are used. Ypioca Prata Cachaca pure from sugar cane

The Ypioca Prata cachaca is a distillate that comes from Brazil, the producer, the Ypioca distillery, has made it the spearhead of the company.

The starting raw material is sugar cane grown on their estates from which the virgin cane juice is extracted which, after careful fermentation, will be distilled and then aged in barrels of Brazilian Freijo wood for one year .

This will give Ypioca Prata a unique aromatic profile, together with a decidedly softer structure.

Neutral in color, the nose immediately shows great complexity, with notes of sugar cane stem, banana leaves, pepper and spices. When tasted it is very structured, then the notes of ripe exotic fruit and flavors that range from sweet to spicy peep out.

It is a spiced rum from the US Virgin Islands, developed after a lot of research on "maritime" rums. Grappa Sarpa di Poli

This Grappa was conceived in 1983 but it took a few years for it to see the light.

They had the goal clear in mind: a Grappa that contained the aromas of Tradition, without however having the typical defects of the Grappas of yesteryear, pungent, aggressive and oily. It had to be an authentic, sincere, genuine Grappa, what today I would define a classic Grappa. Furthermore, it had to be a bridge between the Grappa of the past and that of the future, representing the present of Grappa in its best typicality. It took time to understand which grape varieties to use and after various tests they turned to the timeless Bordeaux blend, that blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that gave rise to the best wines in the world, those of Bordeaux.
