Grappa Alexander Sauvignon

Sauvignon Alexander grappa is steam distilled, in traditional copper stills, and is a unique product in its elegance, characterized by a delicate aromatic intensity that makes it perfect for diluting the utlime drops of coffee that remain at the bottom of the cup.

Clear and crystal clear color, it expresses on the nose unmistakable vegetable aromas of field herbs, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs, between sage and laurel, together with spicy sensations strong of nutmeg and cloves. The taste impact is dry and dry, delicate and velvety, in a structured body full of aromatic references reminiscent of white peach and nespola, towards a long mineral trail.

Grappa Alex Alexander 300cl

Young grappa

Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.

Exquisite Grappa aged Bolgheri Alexander

The Exquisite Grappa Invecchiata Bolgheri derives from the precious pomace of the grapes used for the production of the precious Bolgheri Rosso DOC (such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah), a wine produced in the area of Castagneto Carducci (Tuscany), of great pleasantness and drinkability, characterized by pronounced but harmonious tannins, good acidity and intense aromatic persistence.
