Blueberries, in addition to having excellent nutritional properties, have recognized antioxidant abilities; they can be consumed alone or used as versatile ingredients in many preparations. The juice of these small berries, harvested in the regions that have the optimal conditions to obtain ripe and fragrant berries, is expertly mixed with our best grappa and sugar to give life to an intense, refreshing and uniquely aromatic liqueur.
