Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.

Sauvignon Alexander grappa is steam distilled, in traditional copper stills, and is a unique product in its elegance, characterized by a delicate aromatic intensity that makes it perfect for diluting the utlime drops of coffee that remain at the bottom of the cup.

Clear and crystal clear color, it expresses on the nose unmistakable vegetable aromas of field herbs, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs, between sage and laurel, together with spicy sensations strong of nutmeg and cloves.
