It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of white chocolate. The "white variant" of chocolate, which derives from a traditional processing of cocoa beans, has always been highly appreciated in particular by younger consumers. With a typical ivory color, it has an intense and persistent scent and taste with hints of milk, butter, vanilla and biscuit. A characteristic bouquet that is found in the Fior di Latte BOTTEGA and that goes perfectly with the voluptuousness and softness of the sweet cream of milk. The addition of grappa gives this product a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Grappa Young BOTTEGA
Distilled blending is BOTTEGA from a sophisticated blend of grapes with a remarkable organoleptic heritage. The pomace, healthy and still mustose, are distilled in three stages implemented at different temperatures in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system).
Alcohol content: 38% vol.

It is produced from an infusion of Femminello Lemon skins. Cultivar characterized by a fine-grained peel and the high quality of essential oils. Grown naturally and without treatment, they are harvested to the highest degree of maturation, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white (bitter) part and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. Lemon peels, thus obtained, are put into alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality is carried out that makes this Lemonade unique.

The Sandro BOTTEGA Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special wood smoking process.
The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine you get fragrant pomace that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro BOTTEGA. The resulting grappa is long left to ripen in barrels smoked over heat. This delicate process increases the aromatic charge of the barriques, which give the distillate the typical amber color and pleasant hints of smoked wood.

From its skilful mixing with alcohol, water and sugar comes a velvety and inviting liqueur, with a deep black color, which fascinates for the intensity of the perfume and for the complexity of the sweet and spicy taste. Cinnamon is a spice with a thousand-year history, known and appreciated by the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians for its characteristic aromaticity and its beneficial properties, able to earn over time the name of "spice of kings". Whole ceylon cinnamon berries, the most valuable and richest in odorous compounds, are infused into water and alcohol. The quality of the raw material and the slow natural process of extraction of aromatic substances allow to produce an intense and concentrated cinnamon tincture that is then expertly mixed with our best grappa, alcohol, water and sugar. This results in a liqueur with a unique and unmistakable personality.

The Exquisite Grappa Aged Rosso Toscano is produced with the pomace of autochthonous and international grapes, grown in the chosen land, and used for the production of Tuscan red wines with great body and structure, among the best known and appreciated in the world , standard bearers of Italian enology and undisputed protagonists of the history of wine in Italy. It is produced in three stages of distillation in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of the aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system) allowing to preserve the aromatic fullness and fragrance of the grapes of origin. It is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels that are produced with traditional techniques: the freshly cut wood is left to dry in the open air for a minimum period of 24 months during which there is a loss of the water contained in it. and an elimination of the most astringent tannins. The staves are cut, assembled and then proceeded to an intense roasting. During the aging process in these oak barrels, chemical and physical reactions occur that give the distillate a bouquet of greater complexity, a softer taste and a typical amber color.

Green Gin Bottega is a Distilled Dry Gin produced using water from the Alps and botanicals from different regions of the Italian peninsula: the balsamic notes attributable to the mountain landscape, the hints of fresh and dried vegetables characteristic of the flat areas and the typical notes of the Mediterranean bush. The botanicals are left to macerate separately and for a long time in a hydroalcoholic solution; we then proceed with a double distillation which, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows us to obtain an elegant distillate with a complex bouquet. A gin with an unmistakable character, whose uniqueness is given by the selection of wild plants together with the freshness and aroma of lemon and mandarin.

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense caramel aroma. The 'milk cake', also known as 'milk jam', is a cream made from milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that he was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where she was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both have a typical aromaticity, softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with ingredients carefully chosen to reproduce the scents of these traditional sweets to which it is inspired.
