Barolo 1877 DOCG Moscone

Brilliant, rich and full-bodied garnet red.

A wine produced from fine Nebbiolo grapes with an intense and particularly persistent aroma. Piedmontese excellence that over time is enriched with spicy notes and evolved nuances.

A robust and structured wine, ideal to combine with recipes based on truffles, red meats, mushrooms and aged cheeses.

Merlot Tre Venezie IGT BOTTEGA

The geographical indication "TREVENEZIE" includes the Veneto region, the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region and the province of Trento. It owes its name to "Tre Venezie" or "Le Venezie", with which this territory of ancient history and wine making tradition is still known today. Merlot, which is one of the varieties allowed by this IGT, is an international red grape variety, able to adapt well to any climatic and soil conditions and is currently the most widespread and cultivated vine in the world.

Valpolicella Classic DOC BOTTEGA

Valpolicella has been a land dedicated to the cultivation of vines since ancient times: its name "val polis cellae" means, in fact, "the valley of the many cellars". The wines of the Controlled Designation of Origin "Valpolicella" are produced with native varieties of the territory such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Starting from these grapes you get important red wines, of great originality, typicality and international fame such as Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso and Amarone.

SOAVE DOC CLASSIC BOTTEGA

Soave wine would seem to be named after the municipality of the same name founded by the Lombards, also called Swabians (Suaves). It was, in 1931, among the first Italian wines to be the subject of a decree limiting its production area and was the first DOC area in veneto when, in 1968, the controlled designation of origin 'Soave Superiore' was recognized. The use of the term "Classico" is reserved for the product obtained by vinifying native grapes grown on the hilly hills of the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte, in which there is the "classic area" or the historical one, original and of the oldest tradition for this wine

SAUVIGNON OF VENEZIE IGT BOTTEGA

Barbera d'Alba DOC Moscone

Intense, enveloping and lively ruby red.

Barbera d'Alba is a wine traditionally suitable for meals rich in flavours. Clear aromas of red fruit reminiscent of blackberry, cherry and strawberry.

Its full-bodied flavor attenuates the characteristic acidity typical of the grape.

Ideal to combine with medium-aged cheeses and red and white meats.

Pinot grigio delle Venezie DOC BOTTEGA

Doc Venezia is a recent designation of origin. In fact, it was founded in 2011, with the aim of promoting and enhancing the wines of a land with a thousand-year-old wine history. It extends in the eastern part of the Po Valley and includes the provinces of Treviso and Venice, an area characterized by climatic and environmental conditions particularly favorable to the cultivation of several vines including Pinot Grigio, which derives from a gemmaria mutation of Pinot Noir, from which it has acquired elegance and refinement.

Roero Arneis DOCG Moscone

Roero Arnesi is a typical wine of the Roero area. Its sapidity is an unmistakable characteristic, pleasantly bitter with floral and fruity notes.

Ideal for combinations with recipes with refined flavors such as aged cheeses, meat and fish dishes.

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: notes of white flowers and chamomile, with hints of pear, honey and almond. Taste: fresh, mineral, savory and harmonious, with a herbaceous reminiscence and a pleasantly dry and almond finish.

Violino Chardonnay IGT Tenuta Casciani

Light straw yellow in colour, it has a complex and intense aroma. On the palate it remains soft with floral notes. Excellent with white meat main courses, fish and delicate cheeses. Serve at temperatures of 9°C.

Grechetto 100% IGT Tenuta Casciani temptation

At the sight, it has a golden hue, reflecting the brightness of the sun that kissed the vines during their growth. On the nose, delicate fruity notes are revealed, with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral and mineral nuances that recall the freshness of the surrounding environment.
