SOAVE DOC CLASSIC BOTTEGA

Soave wine would seem to be named after the municipality of the same name founded by the Lombards, also called Swabians (Suaves). It was, in 1931, among the first Italian wines to be the subject of a decree limiting its production area and was the first DOC area in veneto when, in 1968, the controlled designation of origin 'Soave Superiore' was recognized. The use of the term "Classico" is reserved for the product obtained by vinifying native grapes grown on the hilly hills of the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte, in which there is the "classic area" or the historical one, original and of the oldest tradition for this wine

Pinot grigio delle Venezie DOC BOTTEGA

Doc Venezia is a recent designation of origin. In fact, it was founded in 2011, with the aim of promoting and enhancing the wines of a land with a thousand-year-old wine history. It extends in the eastern part of the Po Valley and includes the provinces of Treviso and Venice, an area characterized by climatic and environmental conditions particularly favorable to the cultivation of several vines including Pinot Grigio, which derives from a gemmaria mutation of Pinot Noir, from which it has acquired elegance and refinement.

Petalo still Moscato sweet wine Bottega

Moscato, the aromatic vine par excellence, takes its name from «muscum» (moss). Cultivated by the Greeks who also exported it to the colonies of Magna Graecia located in southern Italy, it spread to the north during the Middle Ages, mainly thanks to the Venetians and their trade with the Mediterranean islands. With an explosive but at the same time elegant bouquet, the Vino dell'Amore Petalo Moscato Bottega, in the "Still" version, is characterized by a non-cloying sweetness, a moderate alcohol content and an intense and characteristic aroma that is released on the nose at every sip.

Collio Doc Pinot Grigio Bottega

The Collio DOC area is located in the extreme north-east of Italy, between Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. A borderland of great charm, it has large surfaces facing south, suitable for highly qualified viticulture. Dedicated to the cultivation of vines already in pre-Roman times, it received DOC recognition in 1968. It is from these hilly areas that the Collio DOC Pinot Grigio Bottega originates, a wine that expresses the vocation and potential of this area steeped of history, tradition and energy.
