Barsaglina IGT Toscana

Barsaglina is an important native vine of the province of Massa and Carrara, with which wines of great depth and character have always been obtained.

The grapes ferment in steel with a prolonged maceration, the wine obtained is then aged for at least 15 months.

It has a noble and complex nose that opens on floral flavors followed by small fruits, dark spices and hints of undergrowth.

The palate is deep, intense; the tannic plot of rank and the important structure are always accompanied by a good acidity and a persistent finish. It has a dense and impenetrable purplish-ruby color.

Pollera IGT Toscana

Pollera is a native red grape variety that has its roots in the historic Lunigiana where it has been cultivated for centuries.

The grapes, with thin-skinned berries, are vinified in steel. The wine obtained is then aged for at least 12 months.

In the glass, it has a soft and delicate color. On the nose, it expresses an aromatic range entirely based on elegance, with hints of morello cherries, small red berries, black pepper and balsamic-mineral nuances.

On the palate, it confirms a fresh gustatory dynamic, which has finesse as its main characteristic; the structure has an average content of silky and deep tannins which amplify its persistence and verticality.

Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Moscone

Garnet red tending towards orange with ageing, intense and deep wine.

Nebbiolo d'Alba is a typical Piedmontese wine with strong flavors, sometimes sweet, velvety and full-bodied. The scent that distinguishes it recalls delicate floral notes such as rose and fruity ones such as cherry.

Ideal for pairings such as fresh pasta first courses, roasts, boiled meats and cheeses.

Purple red with violet reflections, harmonious and intense.

A typical grape variety from Piedmont that offers slightly tannic and dry flavors with bitter almond endings.

The DHUICQ family of Catholic religion was expelled from their Protestant Holland in 1614, they came to France to take root in our beautiful Vallée de la Marne in the village of Vandières. Many centuries have passed and the passion for the Champagne vineyard is expressed in our vintages. REINE DHUICQ is the descendant of this one, but also a tribute to her grandmother.

Champagne Thierry Forest Premier CRU Brut

It comes from the commune of Trigny, in the mountain of Reims. The soils are mainly chalky with a surface layer of clay and limestone. Harvested by hand, aging in bottle for at least 4 years on the lees. Use of reserve wines at 50% of the 2011 harvest and 50% of the 2012 harvest.

Brilliant straw yellow color with amber reflections, very intense and inviting on the nose with a bouquet of fresh yellow fruits, plums, apricots and white flowers, then almonds and flint. On the palate it is fresh, intense, persistent and mineral. Important structure, red fruits and hints of toast and citrus peel, creed and grapefruit. Persistence that amazes and fascinates.

Merlot Tre Venezie IGT BOTTEGA

The geographical indication "TREVENEZIE" includes the Veneto region, the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region and the province of Trento. It owes its name to "Tre Venezie" or "Le Venezie", with which this territory of ancient history and wine making tradition is still known today. Merlot, which is one of the varieties allowed by this IGT, is an international red grape variety, able to adapt well to any climatic and soil conditions and is currently the most widespread and cultivated vine in the world.

Valpolicella has been a land dedicated to the cultivation of vines since ancient times: its name "val polis cellae" means, in fact, "the valley of the many cellars". The wines of the Controlled Designation of Origin "Valpolicella" are produced with native varieties of the territory such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Starting from these grapes you get important red wines, of great originality, typicality and international fame such as Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso and Amarone.

SOAVE DOC CLASSIC BOTTEGA

Soave wine would seem to be named after the municipality of the same name founded by the Lombards, also called Swabians (Suaves). It was, in 1931, among the first Italian wines to be the subject of a decree limiting its production area and was the first DOC area in veneto when, in 1968, the controlled designation of origin 'Soave Superiore' was recognized. The use of the term "Classico" is reserved for the product obtained by vinifying native grapes grown on the hilly hills of the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte, in which there is the "classic area" or the historical one, original and of the oldest tradition for this wine
