Tarquinia bitter with herbs traditional recipe from Valle del Marta

Tarquinia liqueur of the peasant tradition, prepared with a cold hydroalcoholic infusion of 20 different herbs grown and harvested in the Marta Valley in Tarquinia.

Bitter, with a pleasant taste, also suitable with the addition of ice, water and a bitter orange peel as a thirst-quenching drink.

The herbal compound makes it an excellent digestive after meals.

Mirto Valle del Marta

The sweet liqueur, typical of Sardinia. The Pusceddu family, owner of the Marta Valley, clearly has Sardinian origins and therefore could not miss, among the processed liqueurs, the myrtle!

Cherry Clint sweet liqueur with Valle del Marta cherries

Ideal for mixologists

Cherry Clint has the typical flavor of ripe sour cherry, when tasted at room temperature the aroma of the fruit is enhanced. Drunk cold with lots of ice, with a dipping cherry and a slice of orange or lemon, it becomes a long drink suitable for any occasion.

It is a typical sweet liqueur, very popular and well known in Italy. Del Nocino there are many recipes and many stories are told, an intertwining of magic and traditions, everything ends in the tasting where the flavor and aroma of this fantastic liqueur predominates over the stories.

Suitable for any time of day, we recommend tasting at room temperature, perhaps accompanied by the typical "tozzetti" (dry hazelnut biscuits).

Amaretto sweet liqueur Valle del Marta

The typical taste of bitter almond makes it a liqueur suitable for everyone and at any time.

At room temperature it is enhanced by the intoxicating scent of almond.

Pleasant, warm and mellow in the mouth. Suitable for adding to coffee, as an aperitif with the addition of orange zest, soda water and ice.

Amaro Red Bitter Cherry Valle del Marta

It is a bitter liqueur prepared with a base of aromatic herbs, fruits and spices.

The dominant feature is the sour cherry or sour cherry, a small and particularly colorful fruit, with a not very sweet and acrid flavor even if ripe. The cold hydroalcoholic infusion of this fruit gives the liquid a bright intense red color. The nose is enhanced by the scent of cherry; despite the bitter herbs typical of a digestive liqueur, the taste is pleasant, almost domesticated by the red fruit that also persists in the aftertaste.

Amaro Black Bitter Orange Valle del Marta

A liqueur prepared with the cold hydroalcoholic infusion of herbs and roots grown and harvested in the valley of the Marta river, in Tarquinia.

The citrus fruit is given by the infusion of the peel (only the orange part) of the "merangola or merangolo" an orange typical of the Italian peasant tradition.

In the town of Tarquinia there are traces of this shrub as early as 1300, where farmers used the juice of the fruit to flavor the bruschetta, or the zest to perfume some types of vegetables during cooking.

Description: Visually, the bitter has a color ranging from burnt amber to black coffee, against the light with amaranth streaks. The scent of citrus prevails, leaving only little room for the spicy and herbaceous notes that characterize a bitter. The flavor is complex, enveloping, pleasant, rich in flavor .

Arancino sweet liqueur with Valle del Marta oranges

It is a sweet liqueur inspired by the best known limoncello, the light orange color makes you perceive the clear freshness of this liqueur drink, pleasant after a meal as a digestive but also during the day thanks to the sweet bitter aftertaste typical of the fruit , ideal served cold but it is pleasant even at a medium temperature.
