Caramel Liqueur cream BOTTEGA
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense caramel aroma. The 'milk cake', also known as 'milk jam', is a cream made from milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that he was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where she was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both have a typical aromaticity, softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with ingredients carefully chosen to reproduce the scents of these traditional sweets to which it is inspired.
