Exquisite Grappa aged Rosso Toscano Alexander

The Exquisite Grappa Aged Rosso Toscano is produced with the pomace of autochthonous and international grapes, grown in the chosen land, and used for the production of Tuscan red wines with great body and structure, among the best known and appreciated in the world , standard bearers of Italian enology and undisputed protagonists of the history of wine in Italy. It is produced in three stages of distillation in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of the aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system) allowing to preserve the aromatic fullness and fragrance of the grapes of origin. It is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels that are produced with traditional techniques: the freshly cut wood is left to dry in the open air for a minimum period of 24 months during which there is a loss of the water contained in it. and an elimination of the most astringent tannins. The staves are cut, assembled and then proceeded to an intense roasting. During the aging process in these oak barrels, chemical and physical reactions occur that give the distillate a bouquet of greater complexity, a softer taste and a typical amber color.

Green Gin - The Wild handcrafted dry gin

Green Gin Bottega is a Distilled Dry Gin produced using water from the Alps and botanicals from different regions of the Italian peninsula: the balsamic notes attributable to the mountain landscape, the hints of fresh and dried vegetables characteristic of the flat areas and the typical notes of the Mediterranean bush. The botanicals are left to macerate separately and for a long time in a hydroalcoholic solution; we then proceed with a double distillation which, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows us to obtain an elegant distillate with a complex bouquet. A gin with an unmistakable character, whose uniqueness is given by the selection of wild plants together with the freshness and aroma of lemon and mandarin.

Late grappa of Amarone grapes Aged BOTTEGA

La Tardiva is an aged grappa obtained by distilling the skins of a selection of raisins that derive from the production of the precious Amarone della Valpolicella wine. The result of a thousand-year tradition, grappa is a product able to evoke atmospheres and emotions that have been handed down intact to this day. La Tardiva is the result of this ancient history but also of the evolution in the technique of distillation of pomace and the use of modern technologies: an elegant and refined distillate that, thanks to aging in wood, is enriched with unique and unmistakable notes.

First taste of pure grape brandy

Grape brandy is obtained by distilling the fermented must in the presence of the skins, for which both the solid part and the liquid part of the grapes are used. Powerful, intense and elegant, Primo Assaggio Puro Grado Bottega Grape Distillate is produced from healthy bunches rich in must, a precious raw material with a great aromatic charge.

Intense and complex, it has notes of fresh fruit on the palate.

It was Aldo BOTTEGA in 1977 who founded the Distilleria Bottega. Son of art and master distiller, he learned among the stills the secrets of the distillation of pomace, a precious raw material used for the production of grappa. The Aldo BOTTEGA Barricata, thanks to the skilful aging in oak barrels, is characterized by its amber color, full flavor and spicy scents.

BACUR DRY GIN BOTTEGA

Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals with which it is produced. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peels are left to macerate for a long time in a hydroalcolic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate with a fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.

Amarone Privata Classica grappa comes from the pomace obtained from the pressing of the raisins used to produce the finest red of Valpolicella, Amarone, a wine of great body and structure and unique personality.
