Fumè Grappa Sandro BOTTEGA

The Sandro BOTTEGA Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special wood smoking process.
The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine you get fragrant pomace that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro BOTTEGA. The resulting grappa is long left to ripen in smoked barrels over heat. This delicate process increases the aromatic charge of the barriques, which give the distillate the typical amber color and pleasant hints of smoked wood.

BACUR DRY GIN BOTTEGA

Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals with which it is produced. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peels are left to macerate for a long time in a hydroalcolic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate with a fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.

Jack Daniel's Old No.7 uses pure spring water and a unique sweetened charcoal maple maturation process perfected since 1866. Tennessee whiskey has a distinct amber color. Perfect in cocktails.

After the distillation of the marc, the Tarquinia Excellence grappa is immediately planted in wooden barrels for a minimum of 36 months up to 72 months. The long aging makes the grappa soft, warm and caressing and balanced.

The straw yellow color recalls the color of wood, which in turn enriches the aromas with a slight aftertaste of tobacco.

Grappa Blend distilled BOTTEGA

Grappa Young BOTTEGA

Distilled blending is BOTTEGA from a sophisticated blend of grapes with a remarkable organoleptic heritage. The pomace, healthy and still mustose, are distilled in three stages implemented at different temperatures in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system).

Inspired by the great Cognac,this Brandy is characterized by a warm and enveloping taste, with a complex and long-lasting body; it is not afraid of time thanks to the stay in oak barrels,which is the crucial phase of production, in a skilful amalgam of wines ranging from a minimum of three to a maximum of ten years. Within the barrel there is always a third of the mixture, exactly as happens in the Solera dei Porto method, and this is the characteristic that gives new taste-olfactory sensations every time. Excellent to taste smooth, with ice or as a punch, this Brandy with multiple uses will not disappoint you!

Tarquinia bitter with herbs traditional recipe from Valle del Marta

Tarquinia liqueur of the peasant tradition, prepared with a cold hydroalcoholic infusion of 20 different herbs grown and harvested in the Marta Valley in Tarquinia.

Bitter, with a pleasant taste, also suitable with the addition of ice, water and a bitter orange peel as a thirst-quenching drink.

The herbal compound makes it an excellent digestive after meals.
