We offer you the opportunity to pay comfortably with:

  • credit card
  • Paypal
  • Early Bank Transfer
  • Reload Postepay
  • Cash on delivery (for private order maximum 999,00€)

Below you will find all the details to support you in choosing the payment method you prefer. Consider that each payment method has different times and your order is prepared only when we receive the accreditation of your payment on our account.

 

CREDIT CARD

Payplug is the payment platform we have selected for credit card payment management. You must select "Pay with Credit Card" on the checkout page, enter your card details and click on "order confirmation".

You can use the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Vpay, Maestro.

Purchases are protected by the 3D Secure system, so you need to enter a specific code that is required at the time of purchase finalization. Ask your Bank for more information.

You can also use your card's data storage function to make your purchases faster and faster.

The accreditation happens instantly, and your order can be immediately prepared for shipping.

 

 

PAYPAL

Gecoshop uses the PAYPAL platform for your payments. After confirming your order data, by selecting this payment system, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform.

Enter your Paypal account credentials and end your payment. In this case, the accreditation on our account takes place in real time and your order can be immediately prepared for shipment.

You will have the opportunity to spread in 3 instalments without interest with Paypal pay side and thanks to the collaboration with Prestashop Checkout today the Paypal platform also manages a series of local payments, you can also pay using Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Ideal, Mybank, Przelewy24.

By selecting “Bank Transfer” on the checkout page and clicking on “Order Confirmation”, your order will be immediately confirmed, but it will remain “In wait for payment”.

In order to receive the ordered goods, you must provide within 5 days of confirmation of the order, to make the payment of the amount due, by bank transfer. In the case of the transfer remember to always indicate the number of your order and the full name of the customer, as reported in the order.

They serve from 2 to 4 working days to display accreditation on our current account and then to ship the ordered products.

The transfer must be made by a bank of the country in which the order is invoiced.

The transfer must be made within five (5) working days from the Confirmation of the order that will send you Gecoshop.com. If the amount is not received, the order will be cancelled.

The ordered goods will be sent only after receipt of the payment.

 

 

I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE

By selecting “Reload Postepay” on the checkout page and clicking on “Confirm order”, your order will be immediately confirmed, but it will remain “In wait for payment”.

In order to receive the ordered goods, you must provide within 5 days of the order confirmation, to make the payment of the amount due, through the charging of our Postepay card. In the charging case, remember to always indicate the number of your order and the full name of the customer, as reported in the order.

How to recharge a Postepay card:

  • To the post office: with cash payment, with another Postepay card, with a Postamat Maestro card or with Bancoposta card enabled.
  • ATM Postamat automatic machines.
  • At home.
  • From Poste Italiane website: From Poste.it and from postepay.it
  • APP Postepay
  • APP Banco
  • At Tabaccherie and PuntoLis points: You must have a valid identity document and the tax code card.
  • Online accounts BPM.

After charging, the credit on our card will take place within a few minutes and we will be ready to ship the ordered products.

Charging must be made within five (5) weekdays from the Order Confirmation that will send you Gecoshop.com. If the amount is not received, the order will be cancelled.

The ordered goods will be sent only after receipt of the payment.

 

CONTRACT - Cash on delivery

The payment at delivery is active for all customers, and you will not need to have placed at least one order on our site to use it.

It has an additional cost of 3 euro + VAT 22% + 1%* on the total order for GLS and BRT couriers (*the fees of couriers may vary slightly during the year).

Prepare to receive the parcel, the courier will accept only CONTENTS (No check, No postal checks).

In the order phase we will inform you about the total cost of the order, including the additional cost for the payment in check and we will ask you to sign the delivery document of the courier to confirm the receipt of the parcel and agree to pay the total cost of the order.

If a customer does not accept a parcel shipped in mark, there may be some consequences, including:

1)Additional costs: in some cases, the courier may charge additional costs for the return of the parcel to the sender. These costs could be charged to the customer who refused the package. Our attorney will proceed with credit recovery.

2)Suspension of contract service: if a customer continuously refuses the parcels sent in mark, we can decide to suspend this payment method for that customer.

3)Reduction of the seller's trust: a customer who repeatedly refuses the parcels sent in mark could compromise the trust of the seller, since the seller might consider this behavior as a signal of lack of seriousness of the customer and suspend the account of the customer.

4)Cancellation of order: if the customer refuses the parcel and does not respond to the seller's communications to resolve the situation, the seller may decide to cancel the order deducted the cost of shipping and any additional costs incurred for the return of the parcel.
