SANBITTÈR red

Red, sparkling and cheerful. Always an icon of the aperitif. When you think of a non-alcoholic aperitif you think of Sanbittèr Rosso which has always given Italians pleasant and carefree moments. Red color, sparkling taste and cheerful spirit even without the addition of alcohol.

Serve Sanbittèr Rosso with a "crusta" of almond flour. To make the "crusta", lightly wet the edge of the glass with lemon juice, pass the wet edge in the almond flour and then pour Sanbittèr Rosso into the glass. To create a contrast with the red of the drink and its bitter taste, you can replace the flour with black salt.

Siphon Vulkano Premium soda seltz soda water

You don't have to be an expert to have heard, at least once in your life, about the siphon! An instrument and, at the same time, an indispensable ingredient for the preparation of numerous cocktails, the Vulkano siphon is bottled following the classic principle of 'seltz', with the liquid component being added to the carbon dioxide, already previously compressed in the bottle.
