A homemade liqueur that was popular in the countryside after the war, now re-proposed with an exceptional result!
ALEXANDER GRAPPA CRU
Cru Grappa Alexander, which derives from a refined blend of Glera and Moscato created over long years of research and testing, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a fragrant grappa able to satisfy, during the tasting, both the nose and the most demanding palate. Before bottling, it is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.
