Amarone Privata Classica grappa comes from the pomace obtained from the pressing of the raisins used to produce the finest red of Valpolicella, Amarone, a wine of great body and structure and unique personality. The care of this rich raw material, with incredible concentration, is the first and most important step; distillation takes place in three stages.

We advise you to serve this grappa in large glasses at an ideal temperature of 18/20 C and taste it in small sips, keeping the bottle well closed to preserve its aromas. Grappa Barricata, always in our distillery the grappas of the best vintages, distilled according to tradition in the characteristic copper stills, are aged in small oak barrels of Slavonia, which give our distillate an amber color and a velvety scent, enhanced by the elegant and warm aromas of vanilla, tobacco and wood

Chianti grappa in BOTTEGA

Original glass flask, stuffed according to the centuries-old Italian tradition. In the peasant world it is a symbol of love for nature and for genuine things. Chianti is the famous Tuscan red wine, obtained from the skilful blend of local grapes. The grappa, produced with the pomace of the grapes that generate this wine, reproduces, in the guise of distillate, the characteristics of Chianti itself. Distillation takes place in a copper still, by means of a flow of steam, which passes through the pomace, retaining its aromas and alcoholic parts

Son of art and master distiller, he learned among the stills the secrets of the distillation of pomace, a precious raw material used for the production of grappa. Grappa, the oldest and most traditional distillate of Northern Italy, is obtained starting from the solid residue of the pressing of wine grapes. The Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special wood smoking process.< br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known throughout the world. From the yellow-green berries of the Glera vine, perfumed pomace is obtained which, still fresh and vinous, is distilled according to the Sandro Bottega method. The resulting grappa is left to mature for a long time in fire-smoked barrels. This delicate procedure increases the aromatic charge of the barriques, which give the distillate its typical amber color and pleasant hints of smoked wood.

Grappa Alexander spray

Grappa di Moscato Alexander Spray, enclosed in a bottle equipped with a vaporizer, is a grappa created to savor the fleeting emotion of an olfactory taste.

This grappa is made from the still fresh and golden marc of white Moscato. It is distilled in steam stills without raising the alcohol content too much to allow you to better grasp the aromatic intensity. Moscato grape

Transparent and crystalline. It gives the sense of smell of fruit and medicinal herbs; the taste is persuasive, without harshness, soft with hints of the original grape variety, fruit

HOW TO USE: It lends itself to being vaporized on oysters, risottos, prawns, pastries, cigars and coffee.

The latter, called fragrant coffee, is the traditional espresso, to be sprayed on the surface with three or four sprinkles of grappa.

Grappa Alex Alexander 150cl

Young grappa

Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.
