The Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special wood smoking process.< br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known throughout the world. From the yellow-green berries of the Glera vine, perfumed pomace is obtained which, still fresh and vinous, is distilled according to the Sandro Bottega method. The resulting grappa is left to mature for a long time in fire-smoked barrels. This delicate procedure increases the aromatic charge of the barriques, which give the distillate its typical amber color and pleasant hints of smoked wood.

Grappa di Moscato Alexander Spray, enclosed in a bottle equipped with a vaporizer, is a grappa created to savor the fleeting emotion of an olfactory taste.

HOW TO USE: It lends itself to being vaporized on oysters, risottos, prawns, pastries, cigars and coffee.

Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the best known and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three distillation stages implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper stills, which allow vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bain-marie (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This results in a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.

This results in a fragrant grappa able to satisfy, during the tasting, both the nose and the most demanding palate. Before bottling, it is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which time it improves the aromatic profile and softens the angularity.

Grappa Alexander Sauvignon

Sauvignon Alexander grappa is steam distilled, in traditional copper stills, and is a unique product in its elegance, characterized by a delicate aromatic intensity that makes it perfect for diluting the utlime drops of coffee that remain at the bottom of the cup.

Clear and crystal clear color, it expresses on the nose unmistakable vegetable aromas of field herbs, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs, between sage and laurel, together with spicy sensations strong of nutmeg and cloves. The taste impact is dry and dry, delicate and velvety, in a structured body full of aromatic references reminiscent of white peach and nespola, towards a long mineral trail.
