Bitter Campari is a liqueur obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The recipe with which it is prepared is aware of very few professionals in the production process, however there are those who hypothesize there are more than 20, perhaps even up to 80, ingredients in its formulation. It has an intense aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, to which weeds and cloves are added. In the mouth is characterized by a pleasant bitter taste, perceived on a warm and velvety background. Its versatility makes it an excellent basis for the preparations of famous cocktails such as American, Spritz and Negroni Wrong. Perfect for aperitifs.

Mineral water San Benedetto Benedicta is a mineral water that originates from the glaciers of the Dolomites, employing hundreds of years to descend the layers of the territory and rise to the surface in the prices of the Parco del Sile. It is enriched with minerals and trace elements and reaches a naturally protected underground basin. The balanced composition of minerals and trace elements make it a water with a low fixed residue, suitable for daily consumption of the whole family. It can promote digestion and diuresis, it is indicated for poor sodium diets and can be used for the preparation of infant foods.

Fresh nose, with great fruity complexity, pomegranate, freshly picked cherry, blood orange, peach flowers; mix the notes of fruits that are both sour and sweet; closes with pink, talc and woody essence.
The impact on the palate is quite enveloping, delicate the dry veiling, linked to the presence of the black berry grapes in maceration, the juicy and citrus expressiveness returns bullying, the closure is, instead, creamy, with sweet, confectious memories, of good length.

Selection of grapes: in the vineyard with manual collection in boxes of maximum 18 kg, grapes of the vineyards of Franciacorta.
Vinification: white in pneumatic press with soft pressing of the grapes and use of the second fraction of all our vineyards. After static and physical separation from the impurities of the must at low temperatures, the inoculation of yeasts selected for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It follows the travase and lowering of the temperature at about 10°C to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once the “drawing syrup” is added, it is bottled, stopped with the crown cap and coricated in catasta for the grip of foam
