The quality of the raw materials, the respect of the times of ripening of the grapes and the passion in carrying out their work: these are the characteristics that animate both the company and our associates. The collection, wine making and bottling center is located in the center of the area D.O.C. “Friuli Grave” and “Prosecco”, which has a centuries-old tradition of wine history. The vineyards are constantly followed and directed by Cooperative technicians: the producers are provided with a technical support of address in the different cultivation practices, ranging from clonal selection to the abode of beet and continues throughout the production process.

Excellent as an aperitif, especially indicated with fish dishes.
The wine is obtained from grapes from our best vineyards whose selection takes place in compliance with precise rules and is the result of the careful work of a farm technician. The base wine, equipped with selected yeasts and sugar, is refermented in autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation follow the processes of stabilization and filtration. The wine obtained is bottled with modern technologies.
