The collection, wine making and bottling center is located in the center of the area D.O.C. “Friuli Grave” and “Prosecco”, which has a centuries-old tradition of wine history. The vineyards are constantly followed and directed by Cooperative technicians: the producers are provided with a technical support of address in the different cultivation practices, ranging from clonal selection to the abode of beet and continues throughout the production process.

From the pale straw yellow color, intense bouquet scent and complex of flowers and fruit with notes of vanilla on the palate is dry and velvety. Excellent with fish dishes, crustaceans and spicy white meat.
