It's a spicy rum from the American Virgin Islands, developed after a lot of research on "mariptim" rum. The spices and natural aromas used give this rum a rich and soft taste characterized by notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Don Papa Baroko is a fine Filipino rum, produced on the island of Negros using the local sugar cane molasse and the water of the nearby mountains. The name Baroko derives from the Filipino term meaning "barocco", a reference to Spanish influence in the culture of the Philippines.

This rum is aged for a minimum of seven years in American oak barrels ex-bourbon and bottled at 40% alcohol volume.

Don Papa Baroko is an elegant and complex rum, suitable for both smooth and as an ingredient in sophisticated cocktails.

Its bottle, inspired by the local flora of the Philippines, is decorated with floral and tribal motifs that recall the culture of the island of Negros.

Rhum J.M agricultural rum aged

The Rhum J.M is considered by connoisseurs the best aged agricultural rhum of Martinique. It has been produced for several centuries using secular techniques handed down by its founder, Jean-Marie Martin. This atypical rum distillery in northern Martinique is internationally renowned for its special care at every stage of the production process and respect for each of the natural elements that contribute to the production of its rum.

The rum Rhum J.M V.S.O.P is a mixture of aged agricultural rhum for a minimum of 4 years. After a 3 year maturation in charred and recarbonized Bourbon barrels, it benefited from a further year of aging in barrels of different capacities and toasts.

The El Dorado 12 Year Old has a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavors, largely due to the wealth of esters acquired by EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

Ypioca Prata Cachaca pure sugar cane

The cachaca Ypioca Prata is a distillate that comes from Brazil, the manufacturer, the Ypioca distillery, made the company's diamond tip.

The raw material of departure is sugar cane cultivated in their estates from which the virgin cane juice is extracted which, after careful fermentation, will be distilled and then aged in Brazilian wood barrels Freijo for a year.

This will give Ypioca Prata a unique aromatic profile, along with a decidedly softer structure.

Neutral, the nose immediately shows great complexity, with notes of sugar cane stem, banana leaves, pepper and spices. The taste is then very structured, then the notes of the exotic fruit mature and flavors ranging from sweet to spicy.
