A wide layer collects the waters of the nevai of the Dolomite group of Brenta and Valsugana; these waters are filtered by the layers of sand and rock that give them the characteristic natural elements. From here, the water carries out a multiannual underground path, during which it purifies and enriches itself, until it reaches the balance in mineral salts that distinguishes it.
