BITTER CHAPTER

Bitter Campari is a liqueur obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The recipe with which it is prepared is aware of very few professionals in the production process, however there are those who hypothesize there are more than 20, perhaps even up to 80, ingredients in its formulation. It has an intense aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, to which weeds and cloves are added. In the mouth is characterized by a pleasant bitter taste, perceived on a warm and velvety background. Its versatility makes it an excellent basis for the preparations of famous cocktails such as American, Spritz and Negroni Wrong. Perfect for aperitifs.

Biancosarti Aperi

Biancosarti is the aperitif with vigorous taste. It is a light, bright, fresh and elegant alcoholic aperitif. Its delicate and decided taste is truly unique, and comes from a secret blend that combines the soft aroma of rare herbs, spices and flowers with an intense character of barks and roots. Biancosarti is one of the names that have made the history of bars in Italy. In the post-war period, a series of lucky television advertising campaigns (remember Lieutenant Sheridan?) made it one of the most loved bar aperitifs by Italians. Since 1995 he joined the Group Campari, following the acquisition of the Italian activities of the Dutch group Bols Wessanen.

Raspberry Bottega liquor cream

Liqueur characterized by an intense aroma of raspberries. The raspberries, with an intense red color and a sweet taste with the characteristic acidula, are put to macerate in water and alcohol for a few days. The subsequent distillation allows to obtain an absolutely natural and rich mixture of typical aromas of this perfumed fruit. Mixing with the sweet cream of milk gives a pleasantly soft texture able to caress the palate and to enhance the typical and delicate taste of the raw material that is the basis of this product. The addition of grappa gives the Raspberry Bottega a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Limoncello Limoncello Bottega

It is produced from an infusion of skins of the Female Lemon. Cultivar characterized by a fine grain peel and the high quality of essential oils. Cultivated natural and without treatments, they are collected at the highest degree of ripening, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white part (amara) and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. The lemon peels, thus obtained, are put in alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality makes this Limoncino unique.

From ancient origins, which date back to certainsian herbal tradition, the Sambuca takes its name from the plant from which the extract is extracted, the flower of elderman, although the main ingredient is the essential oil obtained from the distillation ofstar anise, a special spice (whose seeds are collected in a star-shaped basin) that gives it that unique and characteristic aroma.
