A homemade liqueur that was popular in the countryside after the war, now re-proposed with an exceptional result!
Braulio amaro del Stelvio
Amaro Braulio was born in 1875 from the recipe of pharmacist Francesco Peloni in Bormio and is the result of a wise and still secret mixing of berries, barks, herbs and roots.
The particular process of infusion at ambient temperature of herbs, placed in pure alcohol and water that comes from the alpine springs and the permanence of 15 months in Slavonia oak barrels contribute to giving Braulio a complex and balsamic taste.
Great to taste with ice.
Alcohol content: 21% vol.
