Raspberry Bottega liquor cream

Liqueur characterized by an intense aroma of raspberries. The raspberries, with an intense red color and a sweet taste with the characteristic acidula, are put to macerate in water and alcohol for a few days. The subsequent distillation allows to obtain an absolutely natural and rich mixture of typical aromas of this perfumed fruit. Mixing with the sweet cream of milk gives a pleasantly soft texture able to caress the palate and to enhance the typical and delicate taste of the raw material that is the basis of this product. The addition of grappa gives the Raspberry Bottega a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Limoncello Limoncello Bottega

It is produced from an infusion of skins of the Female Lemon. Cultivar characterized by a fine grain peel and the high quality of essential oils. Cultivated natural and without treatments, they are collected at the highest degree of ripening, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white part (amara) and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. The lemon peels, thus obtained, are put in alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality makes this Limoncino unique.

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and moderate alcoholic gradation, characterized by an intense aroma of white chocolate. The “white variety” of chocolate, which comes from a traditional processing of cocoa seeds, has always been highly appreciated especially by younger consumers. From the typical ivory color, it has an intense and persistent aroma and taste with hints of milk, butter, vanilla and biscuit. A characteristic bouquet that is found in the Fior di Latte Bottega and that perfectly matches the voluptuousness and softness of the sweet cream of milk. Cinnamon is a spice of millenary history, known and appreciated by the Greeks, the Romans and the Egyptians for its aromatic character and for its beneficial properties, able to gain over time the name of “spezia dei re”. The whole berries of Ceylon cinnamon, the most valuable and richer of odorous compounds, are infused into water and alcohol. The quality of raw material and the slow natural process of extracting aromatic substances allow to produce an intense and concentrated cinnamon dye that is then expertly mixed with our best grappa, alcohol, water and sugar. So you get a unique and unmistakable liqueur.

Bottega Candy Liquor Cream

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and moderate alcoholic gradation, characterized by an intense aroma of caramel. The "milk sweet", also called "milk jam" is a cream made of milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that it was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where he was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both present a typical aromaticity, a softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with carefully chosen ingredients to reproduce the scents of these traditional desserts to which it is inspired.
