Sambuca Molinari

Sambuca is only Molinari! And in Italy, from 1945 to today, it could not be different! It was just the end of World War II and, in that of Civitavecchia, Angelo Molinari began to produce and distribute, worldwide, this sweet and strongly aromatic liqueur: the Sambuca Extra Molinari. From ancient origins, which date back to certainsian herbal tradition, the Sambuca takes its name from the plant from which the extract is extracted, the flower of elderman, although the main ingredient is the essential oil obtained from the distillation ofstar anise, a special spice (whose seeds are collected in a star-shaped basin) that gives it that unique and characteristic aroma.

Alcohol content: 42% vol.

Bottega liquor cream

It is licorice, with its sweetness, its virtues and its unique personality, the precious raw material of this cream with an incredible aromatic intensity. The fresh roots, which come from the ion coast, are properly treated in order to get first a pasta and then an extract that presents intact all the active ingredients and the intense aroma of licorice. From its wise mixing with alcohol, water and sugar a velvety and inviting liqueur, with deep black colour, which fascinates for the intensity of the perfume and for the complexity of the sweet and spicy taste. The addition of grappa gives this product a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Limoncello Limoncello Bottega

It is produced from an infusion of skins of the Female Lemon. Cultivar characterized by a fine grain peel and the high quality of essential oils. Cultivated natural and without treatments, they are collected at the highest degree of ripening, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white part (amara) and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. The lemon peels, thus obtained, are put in alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality makes this Limoncino unique.

Cinnamon Liqueur Bottega

Cinnamon is a spice of millenary history, known and appreciated by the Greeks, the Romans and the Egyptians for its aromatic character and for its beneficial properties, able to gain over time the name of “spezia dei re”. The whole berries of Ceylon cinnamon, the most valuable and richer of odorous compounds, are infused into water and alcohol. The quality of raw material and the slow natural process of extracting aromatic substances allow to produce an intense and concentrated cinnamon dye that is then expertly mixed with our best grappa, alcohol, water and sugar. So you get a unique and unmistakable liqueur.

Sheridan's coffee layered liqueur original

Format: Total double bottle 100 cl = 670 ml coffee and chocolate liqueur + 330 ml vanilla liqueur cream.

Liqueur Orange Curacao Monin

Curacao is a liqueur flavored with dehydrated peels of oranges originating from the West Indies island of Curacao, a tropical paradise with secluded beaches that enjoy the sun all year round.

The brandy not aged, coming from the Cognac region, is the alcoholic base used in the production of the whole range of liqueurs Monin, the same raw materials used for the very precious range of syrups are used for aromatization. The Liquor Monin Orange Curaçao has an orange aroma with various degrees of bitter. The drink was first developed and marketed by a Spanish family from Curaçao in the 19th century.

It is ideal for those who want to deepen the tiki world. Essential ingredient of Mai-Tai, it also finds its space in other applications such as blended in after dinner drinks.

Bottega Candy Liquor Cream

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and moderate alcoholic gradation, characterized by an intense aroma of caramel. The "milk sweet", also called "milk jam" is a cream made of milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that it was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where he was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both present a typical aromaticity, a softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with carefully chosen ingredients to reproduce the scents of these traditional desserts to which it is inspired.
