Don Diego Encantador High Proof

Don Diego Encantador Vintage 1997 reflects the passion for the first quality vintage Rum Panama distillation.

Produced in full tropical climate, distillate of aged sugar cane melassa in small oak barrels of the best quality.

Aging is characterized by a abundant evaporation that gives vivacity.

It is particularly deep, but at the same time mild and dense with aromas.

It has an ancient amber color.

The nose is clearly and fragrant with candied fruit, tobacco and sugar cane, which leaves the nostrils a persistent scent of wood and chocolate.

It has a round, sweet and warm body, with an excellent balance between flavors of molasses, caramel and roasted almonds that persists for a long time.

Alcohol content: 57.5% vol.

The evolution of a great classic is the version "Etichetta Nera", distilled from the finest grapes and with a long-term refinement in oak barrels, known and appreciated all over the world for its quality and for the Italian taste.

Vodka Alexander is produced from the fermentation of an infusion of sugars from pure wheat alone, a noble raw material that allows to obtain a distillate of character. Distillation methods can also achieve very different quality levels. Vodka Alexander is obtained through five stages of distillation by which it is possible to extract from the raw material the aromatic characteristics thus producing a rich and complex distillate. The addition of pure water in the Alps, finally, enriches it while filtration allows the elimination of impurities that could alter the organoleptic profile.

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and moderate alcoholic gradation, characterized by an intense aroma of yellow chocolate. The yellow chocolate was born in Piedmont in 1806 when the Piedmontese pastries, due to the high costs of cocoa, decided to replace it in part with the pasta of roasted hazelnuts and finely ground. Thus a chocolate with an intense and elegant taste was born with a typical bouquet of cocoa and hazelnut that we find in Gianduia Bottega, a cream characterized by a velvety sweetness able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. The addition of grappa gives this product a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Gin artisanal produced by the method ofcold infusion from a selection of best raw materials and subjected to two phases of distillation.

After the first phase, a part of the distillate is entered into steel stems where it will face the final finish through a cold infusion process with cardamom and a part with juniper berries.

Cardamom gives gin a strong and defined feeling.

Gin complex and dry, with a marked hint of juniper and cardamom, followed by more delicate balsamic notes.
