Raspberry Bottega liquor cream

Liqueur characterized by an intense aroma of raspberries. The raspberries, with an intense red color and a sweet taste with the characteristic acidula, are put to macerate in water and alcohol for a few days. The subsequent distillation allows to obtain an absolutely natural and rich mixture of typical aromas of this perfumed fruit. Mixing with the sweet cream of milk gives a pleasantly soft texture able to caress the palate and to enhance the typical and delicate taste of the raw material that is the basis of this product. The addition of grappa gives the Raspberry Bottega a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

It is a liqueur with an intense and decided taste and a pleasantly acidic finish. It is characterized by the typical red color of raspberry and the scent of true fresh fruit. It is recommended to serve this fresh liqueur, to be enjoyed smoothly or with ice, but it can also be a great ingredient for your cocktails. It is available in the classic 70 cl bottle.
