Gin First Premiata Officina Luganesi

Gin Primo was born in Romagna from an alcoholic and loving project by Federico Lugaresi.

The need and desire to transform the scents and flavors of its land into a liquid form, above all “ginous”, with a hint of originality is done in the stronger time, until, a beautiful autumn day of 2015 d.C. thanks also to the help of the friend and brotherly adviser Gianluca, the study of Primo begins.

The uniqueness, in addition to the concept of territoriality and craftsmanship, had to be an indispensable characteristic. So the inspiration was born to use as an innovative “Botanica” the taste of the sea, with its unmistakable element........ the salt.

As in the kitchen the salt exalts everything that accompanies, so in Gin Primo it exalts all the aromatic plants giving it an incredible versatility in mixing and a unique and unmistakable elegance in purity.

In September 2016 (always d.C.) after about a year of alchemic work, “First” comes to light, without cesarean, with natural birth and good Romagna immediately demonstrates a strong and sincere character.

Gin Primo has few botanists, the right ones: there is the lavender to give a floral note and why on June 24 Saint John patron of Cesena; the jesus christ, which gives a bitter note to the gin; the grass hege (Chedrin grass) that brings a hint of citrus fruits and finally the chicken gall, the one without which you could not call it Gin and the one on which we pushed to manetta......... juniper. After so many fatigues it is only toast with a very fresh Gin Tonic, obviously based on Gin Primo.

Gin First Africa Premiata Officina Luganesi

First Africa is a hot gin, spicy that wrinkles and burns like the sun of this earth. At the base of our beloved and unmistakable juniper we added for infusion and then distillation other 8 botanists, all enhanced by the pearls of Namibia's salt.

Color: Intense yellow with gold reflections reminiscent of tea in the African desert.

Taste: Spice with a beautiful balsamic ouverture that fasts on sweet and fragrant notes of vanilla and ylang-ylang, crossed by bitter and spicy diesis of pepper, curcuma and mango to close on bemolli of cocoa beans.

Alcohol content: 43% vol.

Gin Primo Christmas Premiata Officina Luganesi

The special Christmas recipe to warm hearts and spirit. After a long and adventurous journey to the North Pole with planes, off-roads and sled dogs we managed to meet the Elves of Santa Claus who helped us to collect these tasty botanists and finally gave us their secret recipe to turn them into Gin Primo Christmas. Thanks Elfi we love you.

Color: Transparent, clear as the North Pole.

Taste: Grandma's cake and cookies, crispy, candied and special slalom of the three.

The blend of 30 bitter herbs

The Blend at 30 is a pleasant alcoholic remedy obtained by extracting from first quality alcohol herbs, berries and citrus fruits all strictly natural and carefully chosen by our Head Officina. We love this Italian Amaro! We adore it smoothly and with ice but on special occasions it is amazing served with cocoa beans powder or coffee. After long days at work it is special refreshed with ginger beer, cola, toned and fresh fruit and citrus pieces.
